iAuto University is a full service Recruiting, Hiring and Training company that serves the automotive industry.  From front office staff and BDC agents to controllers, mechanics and everything in between, iAuto University helps dealerships recruit and train top talent in an effort to run efficiently while increasing gross profit.

Chris Price

CEO of iAuto Marketing and iAuto University

Born and raised in the car business, Chris started detailing cars at the tender age of 12. After spending many successful years selling, managing and running other dealers automotive operations, Chris bought a Ford store outside Memphis, TN.  Starting with only 3% Ford market share of the Memphis MP, this store quickly grew to nearly 20%. Chris was the guest speaker and presenter at the 2007 National Ford Dealer Meeting in Detroit sharing "Ideas That Work" to the nation of Ford dealers. In 2008, he sold his store to a dealer group and set out to follow his passion of merchandising and assisting dealers with their aspirations and growing their businesses. After 6 short years and over 70 dealers assisted, Chris had found the formula and started iAuto Marketing: a New Age Full Spectrum Dealership Advertising Agency.  iAuto Marketing specializes in creating a full vertical image across traditional and digital mediums. A few short years later, Chris started iAuto University to assist existing clientele with all aspects of recruiting, hiring and training staff for all positions in the dealership.  Since its inception, iAuto University has grown to service several large automotive groups as well as smaller single point dealers in every major metro market across the nation. 

Chris Hayes

VP Solutions Integration and Development


Chris comes to iAuto with a business foundation in customer relationship management.  He has worked in several executive positions enhancing existing client relationships as well as developing new ones.  Chris has over 14 years experience in project management with a proven track record in both design build and finalized product sales and services.  He has developed and instituted sales processes and procedures for over a decade. 

Chris' current position as VP of Solutions Integration requires strong business to business experience and significant successes managing new accounts as well as existing business expansion.  His love of computer software solutions and disruptive technology are what makes Chris an excellent fit for iAuto University.

Whether developing lead generation software or online course study and presentation material for the trainers, Chris has found a home in the automotive space and continues to bring new ideas and out-of-the-box processes to the industry and specifically our dealer clientele.    

John Hummerick

Director of East Coast Operations

John entered the automobile industry in 1983 after a 10 year run in the entertainment industry. His last 5 years were spent with a band called The Bellamy Brothers. At that time they had more number one hits than any other Country Duo.

One day while on tour, John bought a book by The World’s Greatest Salesman, Joe Girard, entitled "How to Sell Anything to Anybody". He read this book two or three times and then at the age of 33, he quit the band and accepted a job at a small Ford/Mercury dealership in Titusville, Florida.

He used that book as his Bible and followed all of Joe Girard’s instructions. He also read every book, attended every seminar, and participated in every training class that Joe Girard put on. John listened to Zig Ziegler every time he was driving his demo and studied "The Art of Selling" with a passion for becoming one of the top earners in a very short time.

John accepted an opportunity to join the management team and through his 30 year career has held the position of Floor Closer, Finance Manager, Sales Manager and General Sales Manager. Every now and then he has gone back on the sales floor to sell. He claims “that's where the fun is" and is often quoted as saying “that’s where the rubber hits the road”.

John has been part of the elite team who have assembled the greatest automotive sales training program ever. The candidates who wish to enter the highly rewarding automobile sales field will be getting a huge opportunity. New recruits and seasoned vets alike benefit tremendously by attending a humor filled, action packed 4 day class created by a 30 year sales veteran.

Mike Flinn

Director of West Coast Operations


Mike moved from Indiana to Florida in 1977 where he went to work for a large Ford Dealership as a salesman.  After 7 years he became a Floor Manager/Team Leader and was very successful at that position. Mike was promoted to Used Car Manager and was trained in finance to back up the F&I Manager. 

After 22 years, Mike left the company to pursue other opportunities in the industry.  Mike has since held a General Manager position at another local Truck & Auto Dealership, a Sales Manager position at a Cadillac dealership and worked for over 3 years as an F&I Manager with a Ford dealership.  

Mike has brought his 38+ years of experience in the automotive industry to iAuto University as a Senior Recruiter and Trainer. His passion for success with people and desire to help others makes him a perfect fit for the company.

Patti Nelson

Automotive Recruitment Administrator


Patti is the Administrator of Automotive Recruitment for iAuto University.  She has several years of experience in recruiting and staffing high quality candidates for the automotive industry.   Prior to joining iAuto University, Patti spent several years working in critical roles for various service providers including accounting and billing roles with Publix and United Healthcare.  She also received special accreditation from Cobra Services with Ceridian.

Patti is a Florida native and when not recruiting, enjoys time spent relaxing with her family and two dogs.  

Patti combines her knowledge and experience in automotive recruiting with a strong passion and sense of urgency for her clients. Her desire to match the right person to the culture, core values, and beliefs of her clients has enabled Patti to maintain an extremely high level of client satisfaction.

Jaymee Guerrero

Digital Marketing Coordinator


Jaymee came to iAuto shortly after graduating from the University of South Florida where she obtained her Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Management. Jaymee brings a wealth of social media knowledge to the iAuto team. She can normally be found communicating with clients or putting together compelling campaigns that reach into the communities of the clients we serve. When not working, Jaymee enjoys making jewelry, hiking, camping, running 5K's and playing with her cat Petunia.

Jimmy Sears

Business Development

Born and raised in the car business, Jimmy started detailing cars at the tender age of 12. After spending many successful years selling, managing and running other dealers automotive operations, Jimmy came to iAuto for a change of pace.  Jimmy was the guest speaker and presenter at the 2009 National Automotive Dealers Association Meeting in Las Vegas sharing "Ideas That Work" to the nation of dealers. Jimmy has a passion for merchandising and assisting dealers with their aspirations and growing their businesses. When not at iAuto, Jimmy can be found moon-lighting as "The King" singing karaoke in several the dive bars throughout Memphis
